Grief and Bereavement Coaching

Best Friends

Grief can show up in many ways and there is no right or wrong way to approach grief or loss. "Traditionally, funerals are a ritualistic way to face and cope with death, but they occur so soon after the person passes. There hasn't been time to be with the reality of the loss" (Rachel Guravich, Becoming a Death Doula).

The weeks following the passing of a loved one are usually busy and filled with phone calls, lunch dates, and endless support as you adjust to your new normal. Once the funeral is over and the newness subsides, this line of support can fade as people get back to their busy lives and that's when feelings of isolation, confusion, and general sadness can creep in.

As a Grief Coach, I provide ongoing non-medical mourning and grief support for as long as you need. This can look like helping you to create new self-care rituals, reviewing legacy or life review projects of your loved one, reprocessing the death, and so much more.

If you are in need of mourning or grief support, fill out the contact form below to reach out and together we will come up with a plan to help you get through this difficult time with grace and patience.
